These terms govern your use of Two Galaxy Brains (the "Game"), a free multiplayer quiz game published by Tessermind LTD ("we", "us") for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By installing or playing the Game you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not install or play the Game.
License to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your own entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the Game, its assets, its source code, or any associated trademarks.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the Game except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Code of conduct
While playing, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized clients, or modify the Game's network traffic to gain unfair advantage.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or expose other players to abusive content through nicknames, in-game text, or any other surface the Game exposes.
- Impersonate Tessermind staff or another player.
- Use automation, bots, or scripts to play matches on your behalf.
- Attempt to disrupt the Game's servers, sessions, or peer-to-peer transport.
- Use the Game in violation of any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice. We may also suspend service generally for maintenance or to address abuse.
User-generated content
Any nickname, lobby attribute, or text input you submit through the Game must comply with the code of conduct above. We may filter, redact, or remove content that violates it.
Third-party services
The Game relies on Epic Online Services, Steam (on PC), and Google Play Services (on Android) for authentication, matchmaking, and content delivery. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms.
Service provided "as is"
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tessermind LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including loss of data, progression, or any cosmetic items.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Game after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, the jurisdiction in which Tessermind LTD is incorporated. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
